How long does production take?
Production time depends on the product and is shown on the product page when available. Delivery times depend on USPS.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use the sharpest, largest version of your photo. The customization studio checks each photo and tells you if its resolution may be too low for the print size.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Every personalized design is reviewed by our team before printing. When a product needs a proof, we email you a secure link to approve it or request a revision.
Do I need an account to order or track my order?
No. You can check out as a guest and track your order with the secure link in your order emails. An account is optional.
How do I pay?
Payment is completed on Stripe's secure checkout page, in US dollars. We never see or store your card details.
